NASHVILLE--Music superstars Amy Grant and Vince Gill welcomed the arrival of their first child together. Their daughter was born today at 12:36 a.m. in a Nashville hospital. The baby weighs 7 lbs. 9 1/4 oz. and is 19 1/2 inches long. No name has been announced yet.
Grant has three children from her first marriage, Matt (13), Millie (11), and Sarah (8). Gill has a daughter Jenny (18). Grant and Gill were married on March 10, 2000.
