From day one, the Aerus Electrolux USA Championship LPGA tournament has had unique twists with its multiple pro-ams and celebrity presence.

This year, you can add a ''Home on the Range'' concert to the mix.

Vince Gill and wife Amy Grant will open their annual concert to the public and hold it on the driving range of the Legends Club of Tennessee in Franklin, no less. It will be held at 7:30 p.m., Tuesday, May 7 and feature festival-style seating.

''Having this concert on the driving range gives me the chance to indulge two of my favorite things – music and golf,'' Gill said in a statement.

''I hope it's something that other music and golf lovers will also enjoy and bring their families along.''

Tickets for the concert go on sale at 10 a.m. Monday through Ticketmaster at 255-9600 or online at www.ticketmaster.com. Cost is $50, plus Ticketmaster handling fees. But that price also includes admission to all four rounds of the women's professional tournament, and to the Vinny Celeb-Am the morning of the concert.

''It was more Vince and Amy than anybody else,'' tournament director Steve Nieman said of the concert being added to the mix. ''It came as the celebration of the culmination of one event [The Vinny] and kicking off another [Aerus Electrolux USA Championship].

''With The Vinny celebrating its 10th anniversary, [Vince and Amy] wanted to do something special. An outdoor concert came up, which sure ties all the events of the week together in one place at the Legends Club.''

Nieman said the tournament's goal is to try and get anywhere from 8,000-10,000 to attend the concert. That number includes volunteers, sponsors, the general public and LPGA players and their guests.

''The ticket is an incredible value — for one price, fans get to see some of the world's premier women golfers and many of Nashville's greatest entertainers,'' Nieman said.

''Our goal in pricing was to make it affordable.''
